Yumeko dreams of creating a brighter future for the planet. It’s a dream we’ve been set on making come true since 2010, developing sustainable bed linen and bath textiles that have a positive impact on people, animals and the planet. Now, we’ve entered the next major phase of that journey: our Open Organic Cotton Chain. An initiative that lets us share our expertise and knowledge of sustainable supply chains with other brands, so that we can create a better world together.

Our first collaboration in our Open Organic Cotton Chain – with none other than the international pushchair brand Joolz – is a match made in heaven. Together, we have developed a collection of pushchair sheets and baby comfort blankets made of ultrasoft, organic, non-toxic cotton. With the collection now available in 50 countries, parents around the globe can wrap up their little ones in the softest and most planet-friendly materials.

Finding sustainable, certified suppliers and producers is a time-consuming and sometimes complex process. We’ve been there, done that – it’s been our core business since day one. So, we decided to share our experience with the world. Our Open Organic Cotton Chain was set up to provide full transparency not only on materials and supply chains, but also prices, margins, processes and decision-making. It offers everything other brands need to decarbonise their production processes and make a positive impact on the planet.
For their new collection of pushchair sheets and baby comfort blankets, Joolz was eager to find a collaborator who could provide the highest-quality organic cotton while offering 100% supply chain transparency. Yumeko was the perfect match. Thanks to our experience and knowledge of design, materials, production and procurement, we could help Joolz to make their most sustainable collection yet.
And the best thing: parents around the world can let their little ones experience the unbeatable softness of organic cotton, knowing they’re making a positive impact on the planet.

At Yumeko, we believe that sustainability is anything but a compromise. Softness, design and premium quality are just as important to us as ethics and transparency. With the debut of our Open Organic Cotton Chain, we hope to inspire even more brands to work together to create a brighter, fairer future for the planet.
